According to the Law on Business Organizations of the Republic of Serbia, there are several types of organizations of legal entities (legal forms of business entities). What we advise is to establish a limited liability company (best option, recommendation) or to be an entrepreneur. The best option is certainly to establish a limited liability company, because with this legal form of the company, it is responsible for all debts with the company’s assets, and you are not responsible for the obligations with your assets.

Company registration in Serbia with your personal presence in Serbia:

Company registration in Serbia without your personal presence in Serbia:

1. Analysis and legal consultations with our expert lawyers and expert bankers related to all aspects of the business of the company you will register in Serbia/Montenegro;
2. Draft of necessary “Power of Attorney”. First we prepare for our Client “Power of Attorney” for the registration of a company in Serbia, which we send to your e-mail on your language, after which you certify the “Power of Attorney” for at notary public in your country. After this Client send to us the “Power of Attorney” you have verified at notary, via DHL to the address of our office;
3. After we receive the Power of Attorney for registration of the company that you have certified in your country, based on the same we certify the “Founding Act” of your company in Serbia / Belgrade;
4. Preparation and submission of the “Registration Application” for the register the company with the Business Registers Agency of the Republic of Serbia;
5. “Opening a business account” in the Bank of your newly register company. In order to open a business account, we create a Power of Attorney for opening a bank account, which we send to your e-mail, which you will certify with the competent notary public in your country and send to us via DHL to our office. Due to the current situation in Russia and Ukraine, we cooperate with the only commercial bank in the Republic of Serbia.
